About my area

I live in Aigues Vives in the Gard, a charming and peaceful village of 3500 inhabitants nestled in a green setting between the Cevennes and Camargue. We are ideally located between Montpellier, its Airport and the train station, and the beautiful Roman city of Nîmes. Sommières, famous for its typical weekly market under its medieval castle and its arches housing cafés and restaurants by the river, is  at 10 minutes drive away. Port Camargue which is the largest Marina in Europe and its amazing 40 km long beach at l'Espiguette are at 30 minutes. This Region with its Mediterranean climate offers an exceptional quality of life all year round at prices that are still affordable on  the property market. There are still many opportunities to be taken!

About me

Coming from a Perigordian family who chose to leave their roots to travel the two Americas, I realized very early on the importance of living in a place where one feels at home. This is how I developed this keen interest in houses, especially those with a history. For more than 30 years, I worked for an American Airline and travelled to a multitude of countries where I met incredible  people of different cultures and languages. It was an enriching experience and when the Covid crisis arrived I had to turn this page. That's when I turned to the field of activity that had always attracted me. Leggett International offered me this great opportunity to my greatest satisfaction and today I can continue to connect and help people by accompanying them throughout the realization and until the completion of their real estate project.
